MANILA – “Four Sisters and a Wedding,” the Star Cinema offering that kicks off its 20th anniversary celebration, earned P60 million only four days since it was released in theaters.
This was announced by Boy Abunda on “The Buzz” on Sunday.
In the film, sisters Teddie (Gonzaga), Bobbie (Alonzo), Alex (Locsin) and Gabbie (Magdayao) gather home for a "big event" -- their youngest sibling's (Enchong Dee) wedding.
However, the four sisters, left with a foul impression after meeting the bride's family, conspire to block the wedding. As they scheme to "save" their only brother, the siblings are also forced to face problems in their family.
The film also stars Connie Reyes, Sam Milby, Carmi Martin, Boboy Garovillo and Bernard Palanca.
The movie was directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.
